Acer Reports May Consolidated Revenues of NT$16.67 Billion

TAIPEI, TAIWAN (June 10, 2019) Acer Inc. (TWSE: 2353) announced today its consolidated revenues for May at NT$16.67 billion, up 19.1% month-on-month, or down 11.0% year-on-year (YoY). For year-to-May, consolidated revenues were NT$85.35 billion, down 4.9% YoY.

The May single-month result reflected both seasonality and growing impacts on the global demand from the current trade war. However, Acer’s multiple business engines continued to gain momentum. For year-to-May, the gaming line^[1] revenues grew by 18.7% YoY, while gadgets and server businesses and subsidiaries AOPEN, Acer Cyber Security and Acer Synergy Tech achieved double-digit revenue growth YoY.
