Esports Craze Takes over Bangkok for Acer’s Asia Pacific Predator League 2019 Finals

From February 15 to 17, 2019, Acer will be hosting the second Asia Pacific Predator League 2019 esports tournament at Bangkok’s National Stadium, Nimibutr Sport Building. All selected 26 esport teams from across the Asia Pacific will be competing for a prize pool of 8 million Baht (USD 250,000) for the grand finale.

The athletes will be welcomed with a special opening ceremony featuring a mini concert from popular Thai idol group BNK48, and an immersive experience with Acer’s Predator gaming line including the Predator Thronos and Predator Simulator Mobile. Fans and spectators can also view the wondrous creations of the Case Mode showcase from Thai master modders who transform Predator products into their own creations. The area will feature a variety of experiences designed to make gamers feel immersed inside the two competition’s two games, PUBG and DOTA2.

Apart from the Asia Pacific Predator League 2019 games broadcasted inside the stadium, as well as the mini concert from idol girl group BNK48, esports fans will enjoy games and challenges from booth activities, such as photo shoots with cosplayers and in elaborate videogame set designs. Gamers who attend the event will be able to enjoy tasty meals from a parade of food trucks on stationed outside.
